Arundhati Research Foundation
Arundhati Research Foundation is an academic and research organization dedicated to promoting education, research, academic publications, and institutional collaboration. The Foundation provides different types of memberships, research publication opportunities, academic collaborations, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with educational institutions.
All members, authors, researchers, and collaborating institutions associated with the Foundation must comply with the following terms and conditions.
Membership Policy
Lifetime Membership
- Lifetime Membership is granted upon payment of a one-time membership fee.
- The member will be entitled to participate in the Foundationβs academic and research activities for a lifetime.
- Lifetime members may receive priority participation in research programs, seminars, conferences, and publications organized by the Foundation.
- Members will receive an official Lifetime Membership Certificate issued by the Foundation.
- Membership may be cancelled if the member engages in activities that harm the reputation or integrity of the Foundation.
Annual Membership
- Annual Membership is valid for one year from the date of registration.
- Members must renew their membership annually to continue receiving membership benefits.
- Annual members may receive concessions or priority in workshops, seminars, and publication opportunities organized by the Foundation.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
Journal Publication Policy
- The Foundation publishes academic journals that accept research articles, review papers, case studies, and book reviews.
- All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process before publication.
- Authors must ensure that their submitted work is original and free from plagiarism.
- If plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unethical research practices are found, the article may be rejected or withdrawn.
- Authors must pay the applicable publication charges (if required) before publication.
- Authors are required to submit a Copyright Form and Undertaking confirming the originality of the work.
- The final decision regarding publication rests with the editorial board of the journal.
Collaboration Policy
Arundhati Research Foundation may collaborate with universities, colleges, research institutions, and academic organizations.

The Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject collaboration proposals.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Colleges and Institutions
The Foundation may sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with educational institutions, colleges, universities, or research organizations.
The purpose of the MOU is to promote academic cooperation and research development.
Under the MOU, the following activities may be conducted:
- Joint Conferences and Seminars
- Research Projects
- Internship and Training Programs
- Faculty Exchange Programs
- Joint Academic Publications
- Workshops and Skill Development Programs
The duration of the MOU will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Either party may terminate the MOU by providing written notice in advance.
Payment Policy
- Membership fees, publication charges, and other payments must be made through online payment or bank transfer.
- All payments made to the Foundation are non-refundable.
- Proof of payment (transaction receipt or screenshot) must be submitted for verification.
Code of Conduct
All members, authors, and collaborators must follow ethical academic practices, including:
- Maintaining academic integrity
- Following research ethics and publication standards
- Respecting the reputation and policies of the Foundation
- Avoiding any fraudulent or unethical activities
Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of membership or collaboration.
Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of published research work will be governed by the journalβs copyright policy.
The Foundation reserves the right to use published materials for academic promotion, indexing, and archival purposes.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Arundhati Research Foundation reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the allahabad courts in India.
